Only issue is that the small parts needed to fasten the ramps together (to form one big ramp) and the straps to secure to truck were missing upon delivery. I contacted the seller, and they replaced the missing hardware with no issues. Good folks to deal with!! NOTE: I made a suggestion to the seller that the small parts be shipped separately.
