    What christian rock should be . . . Strong and Bold!

    I bought the debut album from Fighting Instinct about two months ago after hearing the track I Found Forever, one time. That's is all it took. I was immediately hooked by the energy and emotion that drove the song. I knew I had to have the CD. Every track, 1 through 10, has that same intensity and force that initially gripped me. With the overwhelming guitar sounds and dynamic vocals, I couldn't get enough of it. It has been in my CD player since day one and has not come out. Each track is done with great engineering and production taste. Not a ton of effects that muddy up the texture of the sounds. It has such an under processed, raw sound that it almost feels like you are in the studio booth with the musicians as they are playing it. The style is definitely southern heavy ...

    Who said Christian influenced rock couldn't be cool ?

    Sadly this CD will be overlooked and shoved to the bottom of every radio station's playlist because it falls under the Christian rock tag,and shame on every program director for not giving this a listen for that reason, you guys are so suppose to be the first to expose us to new bands on the edge of cracking the charts and opening up for major air play. If you like Saliva, Foo Fighters , Nickelback, Puddle of Mudd or Shinedown this CD will blow you away. It is full of loud and proud US HOME GROWN ROCK MUSIC. I caught the track I Found Forever on WDHA in New Jersey, thank you boys for playing it and giving me A&R info to track this CD down.     Best CD I have heard in years!

    Why this CD did not top the charts is beyond me-the music simply kicks butt. I saw them the 1st time in Jacksonville, FL live when they opened for REO Speedwagon and these guys (Fighting Instinct) blew everyone in the audience away-they got more standing ovations than REO that night. Buy it and it will never leave your disc player!

    i've knew the lead singer, tj, and the drummer, dallas, since they were about 13 years old...they are awesome men as well as awesome men of God...and of course im going to say the cd's awesome too... ;)
