Product was poorly packed and basically destroyed when I received it. What hurt me was when this sell accused me of doing the damage. If he would not have argued and literally accused me of doing this damage, I would NOT have given a negative review. To my recollection, this is the first negative review I have ever given on EBAY. I eventually got a refund thanks to EBAY's intervention.

Buyer had possession for over 2 weeks before he contacted me with claim it was damaged during shipping. Attached also were pics how he opened the computer monitor, via 19 screws,and possibly snapped the CRT neck. Pics showed all wires pulled out and spaghetti mess. He broke the monitor then tried to blame shipping.He clearly is working on computers then abusing the ebay guarantee policy when me makes item worse. I fought his shipping damage claim and won with ebay.
