The packaging seemed okay. I usually love buying pre owned phones and ripping off the plastic sheet over the screen but this time it wasn’t as satisfying sadly. I love that the battery health is 97%!!! there are a bunch of scratches all the over the phone and a dent which i don’t mind considering the price and quality of pre owned phone i purchased but i did notice the phone was dirty. there was dirt in the crevices of the camera & sound holes. 8/10 overall. can’t beat the price!

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.

The device was very safely packaged up on arrival, the device itself was exactly as described in the seller description, battery is phenomenal, screen is pristine, and as mentioned only the frame/camera housing has very light scuffing if any from handling, arrived with charging cable which is very helpful as I did not have one on hand, seller communication was stellar and services provided even after purchase are seamless as-well!
