Denies, wastes time going back and forth in messages, finally acknowledging he was wrong the entire time. Ebay sent a cancellation request, which is sent as a message from ebay, not as a message from the buyer. So we have not seen any message from the buyer regarding cancellation. So we had to dig more deeply into it and found that the message fell into the ebay messages. But by that time the shipment had already been shipped. And yes, then we went on vacation. Bad timing.
