Virtual pets enter the virtual labor market in this idiosyncratic sequel to 2005's Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop. As in the original, players will enlist the help of their favorite cuddly creature as they work odd jobs, literally, to meet the incessant demand of mall consumers. New shops like a bowling alley and a sushi bar join the flower shop, concert hall, and other favorites for a greater variety of mini-games. Players will stack cheeseburgers, slather wasabi on sushi, and even stitch gym bags to earn "Gotchi Points" from customers. Gotchi Points can then be used to purchase outfits, stereo systems, and other accessories for the beloved Tamagotchi. Players can also trade items and send gifts, screenshots, or messages to a friend via wireless connection.

Tamagotchi Corner Shop 2 for Nintendo DS
This game doesn't have Tamagotchi's needing care. This game is where you have a Tamagotchi partner and open stores in Tama Town. The game is FUN. I love the game. It might be because I'm a Tamagotchi fan, but here's what is cool. First off, the DS controls are used alot in this game. It's really fun. You can make a cake, make sushi, make clothing, and do other things that are needed for Tamas to have their buisness taken care of at the mall. The game gives you a hands on feeling. The Tamas have voices. You can't understand them because it's similar to the teacher in Peanuts but I can tell it was definalty based on Japanese. Fun. It's kind of like their own language. The sound effects are fun. My favorite is when you drag wasabi onto sushi and a high cute voice says ... This game doesn't have Tamagotchi's needing care. All in all this game is fun for all ages. I hope everyone loves it as much as I do.

A Decent Game for the Money
I decided to buy this game because I enjoyed the first Tamagotchi Corner Shop; this one isn't really worth the money. In the game you run shops, for example, the cakeshop. They show you a picture of the cake and how it must look like. What I really hate about the game is that inbetween decorating the cakes, the characters begin talking and the speech bubble appears over what the cake is supposed to look like; then if you take too long the customers will leave your shop. The stages of each shop are repetitive and boring, I got tired of the game quickly. I bought it in hopes of enjoying it, but you get bored after the first ten minutes of it. Awesome Game
This was bought as a gift for my granddaughter, and was immediately impressed with the reaction to this game. The size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and has an infinite lifespan if taken care of. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a storage case to be protected when not in use. I would recommend the game if you're on a budget and can't buy it at regular price from the store.
