SimPure gave me 4 years of filters with my order. The Control Panel lettering should be bigger. However, that's not a biggie. I don't like that you have to take out the tank after every use. I like that the spigot is on the inside. Uses UV to kill bacteria and viruses. Highly recommended eBay Seller. Don't forget to register your unit. Thank you SimPure.
