The saw cuts very well. Cut 4 cedars 25 cm with ease. However, you really have to be careful not to force the machine or let it get entangled because the inside bearing is made of plastic. That is a pity because I have another 10" chainsaw that now is useless because of that plastic bearings.Worx has no spare part. They would replace it if with proof of purchase- I did not). In summary, I think it is very good for occasional usage, but you have to be careful
