Hi thanks for your message. We are sorry our response wasn't as quick as usual - we've had a staff member off recently.
The product in question is not damaged. The lubricant is made from natural ingredients, including Shea butters. In some cases, these can crystalise but are perfectly safe to use. Gently warming the tube in a cup of warm water then shaking the ingredients together, will help dissolve the crystals and leave the product nice and smooth.
