My overall experience with this seller was very positive. The ties that arrived were accidentally listed as 100% silk but were 100% polyester. When you list many items a day, mistakes happen! I quickly reached out with my problem and was issued a full refund and told to keep or donate the ties. As any shopper knows, it's not always this easy! Especially with big box stores!
