Amazing customer service! The first order was mishandled by the shipping company and unfortunately broke. However the seller provided a quick solution. I only place a bid for 5$ to try and receive the product again. I did not mind this fee since the seller lost more with the package being destroyed and having to send a new product. Received in express mail nicely wrapped to Australia. Product is authentic perfume from India, smells great and last long. Great quality. Would definitely order again

Copper water dispenser arrived damaged. Was packaged well so it didn’t occur during transit. Seller said they couldn’t provide a return shipping label-that I had to pay the return ship to India and they would reimburse me. Shipping ranged from $130 ish to $500 something. A picture was taken to show shipping costs and seller to please advise. Seller wanted $50 more to send a new dispenser or $40 for diff one they chose, then $10 upon refusal. eBay intervened for me.
