My husband usually wears a 2XL, but I ordered a 3XL for a little more comfort and in case the material did not stretch. The gown is great quality and the material feels very nice, but does not stretch and it fits like XL, way too small. Also arrived later than expected. I was going to return, but shipping cost does make it worth it.
