I received the printer head you sent me.It took time to check because there were the following problems.1. The packaging was perfect.2. However, there was a seagull-shaped pressed mark on the substrate of the head you sent me. (See the picture.)3. Nevertheless, I tried removing and fitting the existing one, but the printer stopped working, leaving a message that there was a problem with the power.4. I'd like to know if there's a solution I can take in a case like this.
