    healthy seniors!

    Richard Simmons and the Silver Foxes

    I bought the DVD for myself. I am over 65 years old, and needed a good work out DVD for my age range. It is a great DVD, and a wonderful way to bring your heart rate up to a healthy range. You take your heart rate 3 times during workout. Before, During, and after workout. I loved the DVD so much, I bought another one, and donated it to our community Senior Center, for the excercise class. They love it too.
