Ended up making three videos to show the issue, posting them to YouTube, and sharing the link. Eventually got tired of the back and fourth and asked for a refund preferably, or a discount to figure it out on my own. Seller promptly processed the return and refund to resolve it.

    Good vacuum cleaner. Light and easy to maneuver. Do not have carpets but works great on hardwood, tiles and rugs. My second Miele vacuum , the first one is 3 years old and still in perfect condition

    Best vacuum i've used in my life.

    Have had the same vacuum for 10 years now. But brought it with me from Europe where the voltage frequency are different (230V/50Hz). Used it in the USA for several years with a transformer until the transformer broke. Now i have the US unit while my EU unit is now for spares. Best vacuum i've used in my life.
