After I ordered it I found out it would not fit my vehicle’s trim and cancelled 5 minutes after it was ordered. The next day received notice that cancellation was rejected because it had already been shipped the second day. Never heard anything from the seller at all. I refused delivery of the part and it was returned and still no contact about anything. Steer clear of them.

The item came was not like the picture it was a cheap plastic version I returned the item before they sent the return label. I screenshot the receipt and message the seller so they would be away I even waited until my tracking number said they received the product. Reviewing the order and the box, it does say DWS-687 but the contents in the box are not having the rocker at the bottom and the required form-factor for replacement in my 2008 Mazda Tribute.     Good replacement

    Not much to say about this other than it seems to be of top quality, as I would expect from Dayco. My one complaint is that on its Mercedes-Benz application, the factory Mercedes dust cover does not fit back over the front of the bearing. This could allow dirt to get in and wear out the pulley faster than would happen if the cover would fit.
