It came with Google play installed and pre-set in English, packaging hardly looked disturbed, not a single fingerprint on the device itself. Seller has to install play store as these units are for the Chinese market. The device itself is awesome, I've been in the market for a 8" gaming android tablet for a long time and this has the juice for it. Very pleased.
