    Basic but Fun

    This is a good workout for beginners. I enjoy it. it's easy to follow. If anyone has problems with sound you need to press the audio on your remote every time you use it!

    fitness dvd just okay

    This beginnner's exercise dvd doesn't have proper or adequate stretching,warm up and cool down. Also,some of the moves seem to be a bit complicated for the beginner. Could use a bit more instruction regarding form in the moves. Overall, the instructor is encouraging and pleasant and the routines are fun. It's just not one of the best beginner level fitness dvds I've tried.

    Great excercise DVD for low impact

    I bought this product because I want a low impact step aerobic exercise.I like the dvd because it gives you a good workout on a low impact.Great for beginnners and people who has not excercised in awhile.She gives easy instructions on the DVD.
