My experience was not good. First they sent all five of the switches without power cords. I did reach out to them and they did send them to me but ignored my second issue. The photo clearly show the switches with the mounting bracket to mount them in a server rack. None of them showed up and when I asked about them the seller did not respond. Third the switches had bent ears on them and this happened after they had bubble wrapped them because there was bubble wrap pined between these and housing
