The package was not received, I was ready, waiting, and talked to every member of the Hilton staff. They all assured me that despite FedEx claiming they delivered the package that the package was not delivered to any official Hilton staff. The hotel is easy to navigate and making correspondence with a official employee is both simple and obvious.
When I called to start a criminal investigation of what happened, FedEx tells me you need to call and file a claim.
