I had to make adjustments to make the adapter work. First, use the usb 3.0 port closest to the motherboard and not at the front of the computer. Secondly, increase the voltage range on the usb in the device manager. Limited power on the usb hubs can cause shortage on other usb ports. Everything works great.

Picture in listing can confuse you. It shows a 5 pack card- I ordered 2 batteries X 2 units, so I got 4 batteries. Had to think about it when they showed up - just thought I'd share. There are multiple bundle quantities you can choose (2 ,5 ,20 ,30, 50, etc.), then you can order multiples of those. I did get what I ordered- just wanted to point it out for anyone else that may order from this seller. Came in a plain white envelope, no damage but no tracking either. Good price for what I got.
