I buy a lot through eBay and this experience has reminded me how important a good seller is and to find one that will stand behind what they sell. Now my only options are spending my own time and money to fix the situation, because the sellers attempt to fix it is “here email the company”………. Sucks ……… really sucks……

Offered repeatedly to help the buyer fix his issue with a replacement screw but buyer declined and demanded a substantial discount. Consequently am offering a full refund upon return of the item. It was buyers choice to do the return. Not sure what else could have been done to help such an unreasonable buyer.
