The item (Blood Pressure measurement machine) was delivered in good condition. However, the machine did not work until I replaced all the 4 batteries. It seems that the batteries that came inside this equipment were old and discharged. Also, I took my BP readings 8 time in a period of 1 hour and each time there was significant variation even though I have been sitting in the bed all this period. So my guess is that the equipment is either very old or low grade and hence not accurate.

I contacted the seller because what was pictured was different (i received 1 box instead of 2) than i received. They did not respond to my first message but did the 2nd one with a blunt explanation of I received one box with a twin pack and that I could return if I was not happy. The expense of returning was not a consideration. I felt their customer service was somewhat rude. I did receive 2 bottles in a badly damaged box but the bottles were sealed. I will not order from them again.
