Worked with my ISP. Appearance Brand new. Sturdy equipment. Great value. My old router was only docsis 3.0 and the isp made a change w/o notification too 3.1. Highly recommended!

This does work with Mediacom. However, during the provisioning process, it locked on the MAC address of the computer that was connected to one of the LAN ports. Because of this, only that computer has internet access. There is no way to access the admin page by me or by Mediacom Tech. The good news is you can connect your router to one of the LAN ports and reprovision. This will let Mediacom service lock onto your router's MAC address instead.

I was a bit nervous but was satisfied when Comcast Xfinity technician tested the signal coming out of this box was around 400 mbs. It activated fine via chat as the coda 56, provided them the Mac address. No issues. Just remember you need a wifi router to connect to your computers and mobile devices.
