However, during the provisioning process, it locked on the MAC address of the computer that was connected to one of the LAN ports. Because of this, only that computer has internet access. There is no way to access the admin page by me or by Mediacom Tech. The good news is you can connect your router to one of the LAN ports and reprovision. This will let Mediacom service lock onto your router's MAC address instead.

It activated fine via chat as the coda 56, provided them the Mac address. No issues. Just remember you need a wifi router to connect to your computers and mobile devices.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!!
