Seller shipped me the wrong item (sent a hard aluminum edge guide instead of the more expensive steel plate edge guide I purchased). I immediately reached out to them through ebay. No response. The next day I messaged again. No response. After five days of receiving no response from the seller, ebay took care of processing the return for me. If this wasn’t an intentional bait and switch, I understand that mistakes happen, but at least have the decency to respond back and fix your mistake!
