The shoes were listed as new in box . Under Item Specifics, they were listed as a brand-new, unused, and unworn item in the original packaging . The shoes I received have been opened, worn, and have multiple defects. The seller claims that defects are stated in the listing. This information is hidden in the FAQ section. UPDATE: After receiving a negative review, the seller contacted me and partially refunded my purchase. I appreciate this, but it does not change the negative experience I had.

Was supposed to come in original packaging and instead came in the wrong color in a ripped up box for a completely different shoe. Description said to contact seller first. They were kinda slow to respond and asked for pictures they didnt need to start the return. I sent pictures showing that it was wrong color and box already. They wanted a picture of the shoe? I stopped dealing with them and was able to return immediately directly through ebay. I don't think I'd buy again from this seller.

I bought two pants both came in the same packaging. $9.99 for shipping but I was charged 2x, I could see with that but one of the pants came with a rip to the back. Contacted seller they asked for pictures and more pictures. They were sent but never heard from them again. I normally read negative reviews of seller to see what I might face but somehow I didn't do it with this one. Aww well let's call this one a loss. Lesson ...read reviews they are a good indicator of what might happen.
