TOLD THEM DO A PARTIAL REFUND AND I WOULD LIVE WITH IT. NEVER HAPPENED. ASKED FOR A REFUND, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO POST IT BACK TO THEM EVEN THOUGH IT IS DAMAGED AND FAULTY. GAVE UP IN THE END AND HERE WE ARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THE COMMS ARE SHOCKING AND THE PRODUCT IS VERY POOR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! !
