Seller is a scammer and a thief! They sent me a defective battery tester. They asked me to provide information, so I uploaded a lot of pictures for them and described the problem. Their battery tester is inconsistent on every test, it is worthless. First they promised a refund. A month goes by, no refund. I try to open a case with eBay, the seller just closes the request, refuses to answer and eBay claims their sales guarantee does not apply to this seller. They will scam and lie, stay clear!
