    Replacement Timer

    If you build your own game feeders this controller works well. First thing that is different is it works for 6 and 12 volt systems. Next it has all the hookups you need even if you recharge your battery with a solar panel. Timer is easy to program and has plenty of feeding times available. My opinion is this is a good value and easy an to use controller for the money. My 4 star rating is because of the durability issue, controller hasn’t been in use that long and will have to see how it holds up under Michigan conditions.

    I bought this to replace the same model ...

    I bought this to replace the same model timer for my feeder that had the timer short out and stayed on and emptied my hopper. This new same model timer only kicks on for a fraction of a second and the screen says short. I've tried wiring in a relay and it doesn't even have enough output to power a relay without saying short. I wouldn't recommend this timer to anyone.

    Inexpensive, reliable game feeder timer.

    A good inexpensive timer. It's very easy to set up. The only thing lacking is when you are setting up feed times, there is no choice of days. It feeds at that time everyday of the week. That's no problem, other than I gotten used to that option of the timer this one replaced. I always set them up for everyday anyway.
