Despite the fact the device was sold as “Refurbished - Excellent” I could see absolutely 0 flaws with it. The minimum battery life to hit Excellent was 89% I believe, it arrived with 100. Absolutely zero scratches or imperfections, I don’t even know if it had ever been used before arriving. Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
