    Works great and looks perfect a great bargain

    I was skeptical at first but I'm glad I did it, I did transition from a Samsung galaxy 5 and I promise the screen size difference is huge, if you don't do well with a small screen this phone is not for you. The iphone5s is 1.1 inch smaller than the galaxy 5, the iPhone does not multi task so when you switch from apps the iPhone closes the app. At first it was strange but eventually you get used to it. The physical condition of this phone is perfect, there was a sticker on the back of the phone that said it was for a Verizon phone so I immediately got worried, I also didn't know you need a tool to open the sim cardholder that is on the right side of the phone, instead of buying the tool I just used the end of a safety pin and it opened the SIM card holder just fine.     Great value, minor bugs

    The phone is in good physical condition but the battery has given me issues already in the first month of owning it. The battery lasts for a reasonable time usually but sometimes can randomly drop from 30-40% to 10% and I'm guessing that that problem is only going to get worse. The camera sound can't be muted like the rest of the phone, and a little internet searching tells me that that may be because of where it was manufactured. That's a big issue for me because I use snapchat and camera a lot and sometimes I'm in class or just trying to be inconspicious... The price was great but some little details about this particular phone bother me a lot.

    Good refurbished product - recommend

    When the iPhone 6 first emerged, I decided to splurge and "treat" myself to a new one at nearly $800 -yikes! I needed a second phone and wanting an iPhone but not wanting to shell out the crazy cheddar for it, I decided to take a chance on a refurb. Glad I did. Although it's a 5S - it's awesome! It works perfectly and i actually like it better than the 6 although the battery life isn't quite as long. The screen is in perfect condition, although there are a few bumps and bruises on the case - not bad and the company disclosed so they weren't a surprise. Really glad I took a chance and went in this direction for my second phone. So far, fantastic value for money.

    Very Pleased with New I Phone

    My spouse wanted an i phone but didn't want to pay the retail cost of buying the latest model. All her friends have the 5s and love them. I convinced her I could find one on ebay that she would approve of. This one was new and has been working flawlessly - she loves it.

And naturally you get the famous Apple quality too. Of course technology marches on, and the newer Apple models have so much more performance and intelligence built-in, but you'll have to spend even more of your hard earned dollars to get those.
