The sellers shipping time and communication were excellent!! However, the necklace is broken. It pulls out of the fastener and cannot be worn or it will fall off. I did let the seller know and asked if they had a replacement chain to send me. They replied they do not have a replacement chain. They offered to refund my money but I would have to pay return shipping. I checked return shipping cost to Japan. USPS approx $100 & UPS approx $250. More than the cost of the necklace. See photos. :(
