We received package on 21st or 22nd in perfect condition. I have not opened yet, but I'm confident it will work great considering our experience thus far. Only thing is it came in its own box, but I didn't specify packaging.

    I would definitely recommend this to anyone having problems with there heat and ac controls.

    It was perfect for my 2007 F150. An exact copy of the original heat/ac control module. Simple to install and works like a charm. 4 screws and 2 wiring plugs and about 20 minutes of time. A great purchase.

    Works backwards

    The right side of the panel is reversed. The max ac knob works backwards when out in max ac it blows it through the bottom vents and the bottom vent knob activates the normal vents
