Item arrived damaged. Seller very difficult over $18 refund, despite the fact that I'd spent $431 in total! Items were badly packaged with no protection and squashed in a box that was too small - a necklace got caught and formed a hole. Seller said I should sew up the hole and kept reminding me that he had given a few low cost freebies!!! Seller eventually agreed to a partial refund which was never sent. I had to ask ebay to sort refund. If you buy from and need a refund expect loads of hassle.
