Really helps you discover the real you
I read this book a few years ago, and found excellent data on what makes me tick. I was going through a rough breakup, and was fixated on an aspect of my life, that was really ruining me. By doing the exercises from the book, I could recall parts of my life that had been previously blocked off, or suppressed. I found my memory and reflexes had improved. My outlook on life was much better, and I was a lot less fixated, and could do more goals, and previously abandoned projects. It really helped me get back into life. Highly recommend. Use the glossary, and a dictionary to look up any misunderstood or not fully understood words. This is crucial.I read this book a few years ago, and found excellent data on what makes me tick. Want to be a better You..? Be more efficient at the things you do? Self Analysis will conduct you on the most interesting adventure in your life. The adventure of YOU! This book is so incredible, I've read it twice! And it's real simple, yet the information that is inside is like, "how did I live without this?!". At the back of the book there are dozens of processes You can use to better yourself and others. I used the procedures in Self Analysis to handle my brother's depression. Hes actually happy now and doing something with his life. I highly recommend this book, not just to read but to use.Want to be a better You..? Be more efficient at the things you do? Do you really know yourself?
L. Ron Hubbard, often dismissed as a mere Science Fiction Writer, has come up with a real winner in this book. Follow the steps and procedures outlined in this book and you will see improvements in your life, your memory and even your outlook on how you see the world! You don't even have to believe in Scientology to get these effects!
