Buyer never attempted to reach out for assistance, before leaving the only poor feedback I have ever received. I have attempted to contact them multiple times now. Offered a refund, as well as explained that the item required the free Meater app to function. My best guess would be that's the problem. I tested it before shipping and it worked perfectly fine. All the same, I told him I would be more than happy to accept the return if he would like to send it back. No response from him whatsoever.
