    Clarity P300 handset landline phone

    Extremely disappointed in the sound on this phone. My first one bought in 2006 was far superior but it finally broke. So I bought this one. The first one had to be returned as it did not work. They took it back and sent me this one which I really am unhappy with but since I only use it occasionally at my desk I am keeping it as I am tired of having to return this phone and who knows if other brands will be any better. One would think that in this day and age a simple good landline phone would be available. Cannot understand why my first one bought in 2006 was so good and this one is so bad!!! I hope the company reads this and has an explanation for me or will voluntarily send me another with good sound like my first 2006 phone.

    This phone is perfect for elderly with vision and memory problems.

    This phone is wonderful. I got it for my 85 year old mother who has beginning Alzheimer's and is almost blind with macular degeneration. She was struggling with the Clarity talking phone - after using it for years it is awesome however she and could no longer remember the sequence to use even pre-set buttons for dialing no matter how I made giant diagrams. We used COLORS with this phone instead of pictures for her and she has gotten her freedom back she says! She can now reach out to me and my sisters with no problem = we each have our own color assigned and she just LOVES this phone! Clarity is the BEST!!!!!
