Good communications pre-sale. Very happy with the product, much harder to install than I expected, but that problem is nothing caused by SELLER. I am so stubborn in my ways, would rather bury high shipping costs in the price of the product. UPS to my area is always slower and higher that USPS and all carriers are border line outrageous for shipping charges and box was much larger than expected. eBay needs to lobby for better discounts. Wife is very happy with product.
