The item was well packaged and arrived around the date promised. I initially had some trouble registering the device with Amazon. The on-screen prompts asked for a code sent by Amazon, and there was no code on the phone, in the email Inbox, Junk, or Spam folders. On a whim, I entered 1234 and it accepted this code! It took several software updates and restarts to make it work properly, but this is not surprising. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
