    Good Buy!

    Product said it may be blemished, but looked brand new. The only issue I ran in to was that the nub didn't want to go in to the little notch that's pre-drilled on the RAM - could have been user error, but a few wacks with the mallet and in it went. Very happy with the step - makes it so much easier to get in the truck

    Good product at a good price but needs better packaging.

    The product seems fine. Like many OEM parts it was well designed but at premium price. The only real concern is the shipping box arrived with the product protruding out. There should have been padding or something to fill the space around the metal step and there wasn't, so the step could have easily been damaged. In this case the paint was rubbed and scratched only, so a light paint touch up was required.

    Factory step install in 15 minutes easy.

    My 2020 Limited 1500 had the multi function tailgate so I was bummed that FCA doesn't allow the step with that option. This solved that issue. Easy to install as long as you have a good ratchet with a decent 1/2 extender and a torque wrench that can handle 124 ft-lb. Looks great, works like factory.
