I reached out to seller with concerns for their shoulder rests product quality. I had issues with the feet not sitting correctly and slipping constantly on my viola. I’m a music teacher and I know that Kun and Everest shoulder rests do no slide. Instead of addressing the issue here was sellers response… “ The feet are made of robber and the quality is very good.” I do not agree and I’m very disappointed. I would not recommended buying from this seller.

Unfortunately, the buyer is very emotional and did not know how to adjust the shoulder rest. Therefore, we completely disagree about the feedback. The quality of the shoulder rest is good equivalent to the price paid.
