    Wheels were received WELL packaged, and quickly shipped. As described, but in the description, it says all items are inspected, and ready to be installed. However, the rear wheel bearings were completely locked up due to corrosion. I contacted the seller, and RAGINGCYCLES said, they assume that buyers will just change the bearings when purchased, which could be true, but then they're misleading by saying they're read to install. No discount was offered, or considered.

I asked for a partial discount for time and labor to extract undisclosed broken stator cover bolt and chipped aluminum around gasket surface but never got a response, therefore poor communication rating. Super fast shipping and I would source from again.
