Where do I begin? Seller advertised this puppet to be unopened, factory sealed in original box, with tags. It was NONE of those things. It came in a BAG, no box and no tag! I reached out to the seller, the seller preceded to tell me it was just an oversight and they would be happy to send me a tag and box if it mattered to me. Really? I was so excited to get this. It was a pretty huge let down for me. Now for a refund, I am expected to hassle with returning it. Not feeling confident.
