Uber violent and highly disturbing...better be prepared for this one
This movie...holy crap. I've seen a lot of violent and disturbing movies in my day but this one pretty easily takes the cake. On one random peaceful snowy night, an innocent pregnant woman is brutally murdered (mutilated if you want me to be specific) by a deranged serial killer. Unfortunately for the killer he murders the wrong woman. Her fiancee turns out to be an elite secret agent (think Liam Neeson in Taken) who tracks down the killer and makes it his mission to get revenge. But this isn't your normal run of the mill revenge movie where he finds the killer, tortures him and kills him all in one swift act. He makes the killer's life a living nightmare and this is the bread and butter of the movie. How far will a man go to get revenge and how much of a monster will be become in the ... One heck of a movie...I can't recommend it enough. If you're a fan of other Korean revenge/thrillers such as Oldboy, there's no reason why you won't enjoy I Saw the Devil. One of those movies that really sticks with you long after it's over. But I must warn you one last time...it is not for the faint of heart. You better be prepared for it.

This is an Intense Movie that will keep you on the Edge of your seat. I Saw The Devil is another example as to why I feel the Best movies are coming from Korea at the moment. The Story Lines and Acting are Wonderful! If you don't mind sub titles then check this out. I hope it will get you hooked on these movies as I have become. This Thriller will take your emotions on a Wild Ride! God Bless
