There was a problem with the shipping address on my end. Seller was very helpful with that situation. Received the glasses and the arms of the glasses were so incredibly loose and couldn't be tightened.. this should have been disclosed. I returned them immediately

Buyer did have issues with his address and seemed frustrated with the advice eBay gave to remedy it. I stuck with him during several messages from him and I also had to call eBay and figure of the problem for him. I believe I went the extra mile but didn't much seem to matter to him. He also said after purchasing that he had forgot to look and see if a case was included. (It was not and yet I still sent him one with the glasses, packed in them and bubble wrapped as well). CANT PLEASE EVERYONE
