Product Information

The television family who defined a generation returns for a fourth season, stealing the hearts of American viewers young and old. Every kid wanted to be a part of the Partridge Family in the early 1970s, and the adventures of these pop sensations remain fresh, fun, and timeless. Shirley Partridge (Shirley Jones) was a widowed mom struggling to make ends meet, so she put together a band with her exceptionally talented children, and the rest was history. While enjoying their success in the third season, the family also does its best to stay grounded. Right off the bat, the Partridges face the potential end of their musical career when it turns out their new neighbors don't dig the tunes so much and try to enforce noise-ordinance laws on the normally upbeat clan. At least one good thing comes out of it: four-year-old neighbor and hereafter series-regular Ricky Segall makes his first appearance. Later, when a beach party comes up, Keith tries to land a date with Johanna, the prettiest girl in school. And that's just the beginning of what's in store for the fourth season of the show that launched David Cassidy's career as a teen idol. Included here are all 22 episodes of the season.

    Great show from the 70's. Sill clean and fun humor to watch today!

    Great to finish off my Collection. I only could find Seasons 1-3 for years. I thought it was on TV for 4 but never saw it at Best Buy or on line. 12 years later I can final see the final season.

    A great season but earplugs are needed

    The Partridge Family Season 4 is as everyone knows; the final season of a wonderful 70's show. It does have it's high points and yes it also has it's low points. Ricky - yes I had heard that a young boy named Ricky would be on "a few" episodes of the fourth season, and I thought 'okay, shouldn't be too annoying.' I was wrong! The first episode with Ricky was okay; cute enough...even though he did sing, but for the next TEN EPISODES (not counting the cruise ship episode) Ricky was there and in some form or fashion he did sing, and the songs he sang were childish and well...let me just say that you should get a pair of earplugs! The final episode - cute but it didn't end the show with a bang. In fact, it reminded me of an earlier episode. ...

    A REAL TREASURE FOR DC AND PARTRIDGES FANS

    Hi there, On acquiring this box, I realized a big childhood dream ! I had never seen the final episodes of Partridge Family. All are great. The participation of Rick Segall, for me it was unnecessary. But the little boy wasn't at fault, having been chosen for the cast. He was very gracious. But his character had no function there. I loved to see David Cassidy showing more and more, his beautiful talent and voice!!! It's also wonderful to see, that the cast has become a true family! A lovely family !!! For David Cassidy fans, or Partridges fans, this box is essential. I loved !!

    The End Ricky was NOT needed

    I am not afraid to admit The Partridge Family is still 1 of my favorite TV shows. I bought & still have all the records. The last season. They moved the show on against hot show All In The Family & it was gone. Not the kick of previous seasons episodes. We Partridge Family fans KNOW the huge mistake in the last season. It ONLY LAST A FEW EPISODES. Little Rickey Segall. Man that was NOT needed. The character only lasted a few episodes so the makers of the show knew the mistake they made with it. As a diabetic I could NOT take that much sugar. More notable guest stars. The last of the future Charlies Angels guest stars, Cheryl Ladd. Shirley 2cd father actor Jackie Coogan took over for Wizard of Oz Ray Bolger. There are NO extras. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Fans will still like having ...

    The Partridge Family - The Complete Fourth Season (DVD)

    I had the first 2 seasons on DVD, but FINALLY realized I didn't have them all. So, got those ordered and it was funny.....I don't remember most of the episodes from the last 2 seasons, so it was like watching them all new! I wasn't ever a David Cassidy fan, but I liked the music and have always loved Shirley Jones. I also sell on Ebay, and spend many an evening packing. So, I have a TV/DVD combo, and watching programs like this keeps my mind off how long I've been working. It isn't Harrison Ford, and it isn't the Osmonds, but I totally enjoyed all the episodes.
