I got my product; it came fast. However, the elbow connectors for the front were missing. I contacted them, and they responded reasonably fast, but when I asked if they could replace the missing piece, They gave me a complete runaround and said they wouldn't because I no longer had the box. They claimed they knew for a fact they put that piece in when it was nowhere to be found. My wife and I both sifted through the packing peanuts, spreading them out on the floor, and nothing.

Well it happened. Got my first negative review on ebay ever because the buyer said he never got a couple fittings which I offered a $33 refund towards (more than what they're worth by a lot)...even though I know I shipped them. Buyer couldn't produce picture of original box so I'm guessing they were accidentally tossed or possibly another buyer scam that us sellers constantly have to deal with. I would stay away from this buyer until he gets more positive feedback.
