I also see that when you sell items to other people you are not very nice and tell them you can't install it for them. I was supposed to get the item on December 11th, but instead the item was shipped on December 11th. When the item arrived at my address, I had to pay CAD $138 to UPS for customs duty. There was no indication before or at checkout that stated that I would be paying custom duty or import fees. I am not satisfied with this type of service. I prefer to know that I will have to pay duty at checkout or even by email before the package gets to my address.
