Item listed as “New without box” but has minor nicks, scratches and hasty wipe-down with a dirty rag, more familiar to a used item. A variety of other clean (used) versions are listed for significantly less. I advised the seller that I opted to pay the premium for his since it was promised to be “New”. Seller says “it’s whats in the picture”. Sure. Looks good in a photo. Not new (or NOS) when received. Seller’s response to my dissatisfaction indicates that I should just get over it.

The buyer wanted a refund and wanted to keep the item. Everything in his feedback is a lie to get what he wanted. He is a scammer that wanted a refund and keep the item. The item was new with no box exactly as described.
