Despite listings being OBO , this seller will not discount AND combine shipping, only one or the other. He discounted me 2.25$ on the books, then charged 9.80$ for shipping 2 comics. When I asked why he hadn t combined shipping, he snapped at me and implied I should be happy with the OBO discount & should have asked about shipping ahead of time (first time I ve had that happen in 25 years). Shipping ended up being 4.44$, so essentially he overcharged me 5$ to offset the 2.25$. Ask ahead of time

I am sure that you know that shipping charges are not negotiable or disputable and my charges are posted on every listing. It is up to you to ask for combined shipping option BEFORE you start nickel and diming somebody for $3.00 book. E bay decided that I was right in my selling procedure next time ASK FIRST>
